It all started with Saturday morning trips to Lowe’s for “weekend warrior” projects. Each completed project gave us a new level of satisfaction. Before we knew it, the “weekend warriors” purchased their first full flip (and we mean gutted) house. This is where our love for construction began.
At the time, Daniel ran an IT company and Kimberly was an HR manager at a local medical company. Little did we know, this would pivot to owning a real estate and construction company.
Daniel became a real estate agent in 2018. He has always enjoyed the hunt for houses, land or even the perfect vacation getaway. After 3 years as an affiliate broker, he was ready to sit for the Broker’s exam. And out of that came New Age Realty.
Daniel started doing handyman projects which led to him getting his general contractor’s license. He started with building decks, home remodels, home additions and other various projects. In August of 2020, we broke ground on our first spec house and from there the rest is history.
Kimberly started doing the design work for their miscellaneous projects and realized early on she had a knack for picking out design schemes to make things not look cookie cutter. She did all this while not only working another full time job, but also managing a house with 2 young boys, Chase and Ethan.
In early 2020, Kimberly left the comfort of that full time job and took a leap of faith alongside her husband to join him full-time. And never looked back. It ended up being one of the best things they could have done together. And in 2021, she became an affiliate broker of New Age Realty.
